Birth and Death Certificate New Rule: केंद्र सरकार देश में जन्म-मृत्यु पंजीकरण कानून में बड़ा बदलाव करने जा रही है. इसके लिए केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने प्रस्ताव केंद्रीय कैबिनेट के सामने रखा है. इस नए प्रस्ताव के अनुसार पंजीकरण कराने में 2 साल से ज्यादा देरी करने पर अब प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट का आदेश लेना होगा.
